The Courier Low Value Shipments (CLVS) Program expedites the importation of goods into Canada of approved shipments worth CAN$2,500 or less. This program is available for both casual and commercial shipments. Commercial Carriers/Couriers that want to participate in the Courier Low-Value Shipment (LVS) program must first submit an application.
