This is a funding program that promotes community projects that conserve and improve the St. Lawrence ecosystem. The program is part of the St. Lawrence Action Plan 2011-2026. Only available to applicants in Quebec. (Water Quality and Ecosystems Partnerships, Environment and Climate Change Canada.)
