The Office for Client Satisfaction (OCS) receives, reviews, and acts on client comments, compliments, complaints and suggestions about the quality of services and service interactions received from Service Canada. It also produces reports and analysis of feedback collected from clients on service improvements. (Canadian Benefit for Parents of Young Victims of Crime,Old Age Security,Canada Pension Plan,Employment Insurance,Job Bank,Apprenticeship Grants,Passport, Employment and Social Development Canada.)
