The Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) evaluates submissions from fenestration manufacturers to ensure their compliance with program requirements. Certified product models validated by NRCan are recognized as ENERGY STAR certified and are included in an online certified product list where this information is available to the public. Manufacturers receive NRCan permission to use the ENERGY STAR logo to market these products. (Energy Efficiency, Natural Resources Canada.)
