Digital channels (website, mobile app), call centre, and face-to-face information and transaction services provide information to Canadians and audiences from around the world on Canada’s national parks, national historic sites, and national marine conservation areas and facilitate client transactions for admission, visitor experiences, visitor accommodation, and merchandise sales as well as planning and preparation for visitor activities in protected places.
