The Passenger Protect Inquiries Office assists people who have had issues while traveling by air to, from, and within Canada and believe it is because of Canada’s Secure Air Travel Act (SATA) list. The PPIO looks at individual cases to help determine their cause(s) and provide information that may help fix the issue. (National Security Leadership, Public Safety Canada.)
